The Swollen Arm is a Pre-Hard Mode Melee Weapon and a drop from Swollen Crawlers at a 0.5% chance. It acts as a Zombie Arm, but gives of yellow-green particles when swung. It tends to come with bad modifiers, so is more of a Collector's Item.
