The Swollen Crawler is a Pre-Hard Mode enemy found in the Mutation biome. It walks slowly and resembles a horrifically deformed human being.
It 'crawls' towards the player at a slow speed, and can't jump. To tackle the fact that they can't jump, they can stay stationary for 1 1/2 seconds and launch a Slobball (Below).

The Slobball does splash damage and is slightly affected by gravity. It resembles a yellowish ball of bile.
